Role/Skill: Buyer (Strategic sourcing and Procurement)

Location: Hyderabad

Band: BPO 3/4

Salary: 11 to 12 LPA


MUST HAVE

5-8 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.

Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

Proficiency in sourcing tools, contract management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.


GOOD TO HAVE

A CEFR English score of B2 or higher is required. (C1 preferred)

Experience using SAP Ariba for sourcing events, contract management, and supplier collaboration is strongly preferred.

Microsoft Excel - high level of competency in Microsoft Excel including creating pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, advanced spreadsheet formatting, etc.

Tableau proficiency – advanced knowledge including building dashboards, using filters, and building workbooks to support the analysis of large amounts of data.

Knowledge of procurement best practices and legal requirements is beneficial.
