Shift: 12:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Night/Rotational Shift)

Key Skills Required:

• 3–8 years of experience in Business Intelligence/Data Analytics

• Strong SQL and data modeling skills

• Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or DOMO

• Advanced Excel and data visualization expertise

• Knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts and ETL processes

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

• Good communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and reports

• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights

• Gather reporting requirements from business stakeholders

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency

• Automate reporting processes and improve data workflows

• Collaborate with IT and business teams for data integration

• Support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) by developing reports, KPI dashboards, forecasting models, and performance analysis

• Provide meaningful insights to support strategic business decisions

Eligibility:

• 3–8 years of relevant Business Intelligence/Analytics experience

• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Excel, and data modeling

• Willing to work from the Chennai office in rotational night shifts

• Ex-TCS employees are not eligible to apply
