TCS is hiring an experienced Associate Manager – Record to Report (RTR) to lead end-to-end financial close and reporting operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in General Ledger, Financial Reporting, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, and team management, with experience in shared services or BPO environments.

Key Responsibilities

•

  Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities.
  
• 
  
• 
  Review journal entries, accruals, provisions, reconciliations, and financial statements.
  
• 
  
• 
  Ensure accurate General Ledger maintenance and compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, or local GAAP.
  
• 
  
• 
  Manage balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany accounting, and fixed asset accounting.
  
• 
  
• 
  Support internal and external audits while ensuring SOX compliance and strong financial controls.
  
• 
  
• 
  Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization across RTR operations.
  
• 
  
• 
  Monitor KPIs, ensure SLA adherence, and deliver high-quality financial reporting.
  
• 
  
• 
  Lead, mentor, and develop RTR teams while collaborating with global stakeholders across Finance, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, and FP&A.

Required Qualifications

• 
  
• 
  Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
  
• 
  
• 
  Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA is preferred.
  
• 
  
• 
  7–10 years of experience in Record to Report (RTR), General Ledger, or Financial Accounting.
  
• 
  
• 
  Experience leading finance teams in a Shared Services, BPO, GCC, or multinational environment.
  
• 
  
• 
  Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, Financial Reporting, and Internal Controls.
  
• 
  
• 
  Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, BlackLine, PeopleSoft, or similar ERP systems.
  
• 
  
• 
  Excellent analytical, leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
