Education:
• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)​

• Non-technical graduation and/or master's in finance & accounts stream - B.Com,

M.Com or CA Inter

• Bachelor's in Finance & Accounting or equivalent with ERP certification /

proficient


Must Have:
• ERP Application Knowledge

• Problem Solving & Analytical Skills

• Communication & Stakeholder Management

• End‑to‑end understanding of business flows (P2P/O2C/R2R)

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Concur (Expense, Travel, Credit Card)

• Strong understanding of Travel, expense management, corporate card processes, and

finance business processes

• Interface directly with business users, finance teams, and shared services

stakeholders.

• Translate business requirements into functional solutions and system configurations.

• Experience with SAP Concur Travel and Invoice modules (preferred)

• Experience integrating SAP Concur with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, or other ERP

systems.

• Knowledge of accounting concepts, cost objects, VAT/GST, and compliance controls

• Prepare functional specifications for enhancements and integrations

• 5+ years of SAP Concur functional experience

• Experience in global implementations and rollouts

• Prior consulting or client-facing experience preferred


Good-to-Have:

• Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant or Any Equivalent degree in the areas of

Finance

• Excellent communication

• Project & Delivery Skills

• Understanding how modules interact (e.g., Finance, etc.)

• Ability to troubleshoot issues beyond your core module
