Job Title: AML OPS Analyst (AML QC)

Location: Bangalore / Chennai
Experience: 10+ Years
Salary: Up to ₹12.5 LPA
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and investigate AML alerts using FCRM.

• Perform customer profile reviews and transaction analysis.

• Identify suspicious activities, red flags, and potential AML risks.

• Conduct investigations using internal and external data sources.

• Document findings with detailed rationale and recommend appropriate actions.

• Escalate complex cases for further investigation when required.

• Ensure compliance with AML regulations, BSA, OFAC, and internal policies.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of AML Operations/AML QC experience.

• Strong knowledge of AML regulations, BSA, OFAC, and financial crime compliance.

• Experience with FCRM alert review and disposition.

• Excellent analytical, investigative, and documentation skills.

• Strong attention to detail and understanding of financial products and customer risk.
