## Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive – India HRO Benefits & Claims Processing to manage India-specific and international employee benefits claims, reimbursements, and salary advances. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in claims processing and adjudication, strong documentation validation skills, proficiency in Italian (written and verbal), and the ability to work with global stakeholders across multiple regions.

## Key Responsibilities

- Process and adjudicate India and international employee benefits claims accurately and within defined timelines.

- Validate supporting documents for gym reimbursements, vaccination claims, wellbeing benefits, school reimbursements, salary advances, and other employee benefits.

- Identify discrepancies, resolve claim-related issues, and ensure compliance with company policies and regional guidelines.

- Coordinate with global stakeholders, internal teams, external vendors, and employees to ensure smooth claims processing.

- Monitor and achieve defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

- Maintain accurate claim records, documentation, and audit trails.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement, quality enhancement, and operational efficiency.

- Follow applicable company policies, local regulations, and international claims processing standards.

- Use HR systems and ticket management tools to track and resolve claims-related requests.

## Mandatory Skills

- Hands-on experience in India and/or global benefits claims processing and adjudication.

- Experience handling reimbursements, employee benefits, salary advances, and claims documentation.

- **Italian language proficiency – written and verbal.**

- Strong documentation verification and validation skills.

- Knowledge of SLAs, KPIs, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

- Excellent English communication and analytical skills.

- Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management capabilities.

## Preferred Skills

- Working knowledge of Darwin and Workday.

- Familiarity with ServiceNow (SNOW) or other ticket management tools.

- Experience supporting global regions, including India, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.

- Experience in HR operations, benefits administration, and process improvement.

## Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; specialization in Human Resources preferred.

- 5–6 years of relevant experience in India or international claims processing and adjudication.

- Demonstrated ability to work with global teams and meet strict service delivery targets.

## Working Conditions

- Work from office in Mumbai; remote work is not available.

- Shift timings will depend on the geographical regions supported and may follow a 24×7 service delivery model.

- Flexibility to work extended hours when required to meet business deadlines.
