Project Manager – Reservations

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager – Reservations to manage system migrations, hotel onboarding, OTA integrations, and cross-functional project execution. The role requires strong project management, stakeholder coordination, analytical, and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end system migration activities with minimal business disruption.

• Coordinate new hotel onboarding across Technology, Distribution, Sales, and Hotel Operations teams.

• Manage OTA onboarding and integration activities through timely setup and go-live.

• Track revenue performance, business metrics, trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Prepare reports, dashboards, trackers, and leadership presentations.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.

• Identify delays, risks, and dependencies and drive timely resolution.

• Maintain project documentation, action logs, trackers, and status reports.

• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure accountability and closure of open items.

• Identify operational gaps and support process improvement initiatives.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and dependencies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good understanding of revenue and performance metrics.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, dashboards, reports, trackers, and presentations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Knowledge of hotel systems, OTA platforms, distribution channels, or hospitality operations is an added advantage.
