​Role/Skill: Network Support Engineer

We are seeking a candidate with 2–3 years of experience in endpoint and basic network support. The role involves providing L1/L2 support for end-user systems and assisting with day-to-day network and security operations. The candidate should have basic knowledge of Cisco Switching & Routing and Palo Alto Firewall fundamentals. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills are required. One basic certification is mandatory (CCNA, Network+, or equivalent).

Responsibilities:
Provide endpoint support for desktops, laptops, OS, and standard IT applications
Troubleshoot basic network issues related to LAN, VLANs, IP addressing, and connectivity
Assist in monitoring and basic configuration checks on Cisco switches and routers
Support Palo Alto Firewall operations such as rule verification, NAT checks, and log monitoring
Respond to incidents and service requests as per SLA and maintain proper documentation
