Shift: 12:00 PM–10:00 PM / 1:00 PM–11:00 PM

Education

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3).

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Hands-on experience with SAP MM, LE & SD modules.

• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

• Sound knowledge of Sourcing & Procurement processes.

• Responsible for the PR-to-PO conversion process.

• Knowledge of contract management and managing contracts with different suppliers.

• Experience in vendor negotiation and vendor onboarding.

• Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly.

• Ability to read, understand and respond effectively to emails and calls.

• Ensure accuracy and meet defined timelines and quality standards.

• Build strong relationships with internal teams, stakeholders and clients.

• Prepare and maintain reports for various stakeholders.

• Experience in handling UK customers.

• Effectively manage client and internal stakeholders.
