Job Overview

The Workforce Scheduler is responsible for creating and managing employee schedules that align staffing requirements with forecasted business demand while ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain employee schedules based on forecasts.
Manage shift bids, schedule adjustments, and schedule updates.
Ensure optimal staffing coverage while maintaining cost efficiency.
Coordinate closely with operations and support teams.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of Workforce Management (WFM) Scheduling experience.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Knowledge of forecasting and capacity planning.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
