ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Workforce Scheduler to create and manage effective schedules that align staffing requirements with forecasted demand in a fast-paced BPO environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• 
  
• Develop and maintain employee schedules based on forecasts
• 
  
• Manage shift bids, schedule adjustments and updates
• 
  
• Ensure optimal staffing coverage while minimizing costs
• 
  
• Coordinate closely with operations teams on scheduling needs
• 
  

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 
  
• At least 1 year experience in WFM scheduling
• 
  
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• 
  
• Knowledge of forecasting and capacity planning concepts
• 
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• 
  
• Willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule
• 
  
• Must be based in Philippines
•
