JOB TITLE: Workday Extend Application Developer

WORK SET UP: Onsite in Cebu

Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.

Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications function seamlessly to support organizational goals. You will also participate in discussions to share insights and contribute to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.

Roles & Responsibilities: .

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

• Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications, implementing updates as necessary.

• Document application processes and workflows to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team. 

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Workday Extend.

• Strong understanding of application development methodologies and best practices.

• Experience with integration tools and techniques to connect Workday Extend with other systems.

• Familiarity with user interface design principles to enhance user experience.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Additional Information: 

• The candidate should have a minimum 2 years of experience in Workday Extend.

• This position is based at our Cebu office.
