Workday Compensation & Benefits Specialist

Location: Quezon City, Philippines (Hybrid: 2 days WFH, 3 days onsite)

Shift: Night Shift

Salary: PHP 125,000–128,000/month

We are looking for an experienced Workday Compensation & Benefits Specialist to support Workday solutions, system configurations, integrations, and business applications. You will provide functional expertise, support software development activities, troubleshoot issues, and help optimize HR technology processes.

Requirements:

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree.
• 
  
• At least 5 years of relevant Workday experience.
• 
  
• Strong expertise in Workday Compensation & Benefits and one or more Workday modules (Payroll, Integration, Security, Data Conversion, Talent, Absence, or Time Tracking).
• 
  
• Experience with Workday reporting, integrations, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI/PICOF, or Workday Studio.
• 
  
• Knowledge of Agile (SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban) is preferred.
• 
  
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
•
