ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are hiring 20 Thai-Speaking Customer Service Representatives to support our international customers. This is a Work From Home opportunity with premium pay for language skills.

YOUR ROLE:

- Handle customer inquiries in Thai and English via phone, chat, and email

- Assist with account-related concerns, billing inquiries, and service requests

- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently

- Accurately document all customer interactions in the system

- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

- Fluent in Thai (spoken and written) - able to handle professional and complex conversations

- Good English communication skills (training and systems are in English)

- With or without BPO experience - freshers are welcome to apply

- Collections or Order-to-Cash (O2C) experience is an advantage but not required

- Must be eligible to work in the Philippines - valid work visa / Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) accepted for non-Filipino applicants
