Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Workforce Management (WFM) Team Lead to lead the WFM team in delivering accurate forecasting, scheduling, and real-time management while supporting operational goals and driving workforce efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee Real-Time Adherence (RTA), scheduling, and forecasting functions.
Lead, coach, and develop the WFM team to achieve performance targets.
Partner with Operations to develop and execute workforce strategies.
Analyze trends and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

At least 2–3 years of Workforce Management (WFM) experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role within a BPO.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
Experience in end-to-end Workforce Management functions.
