WE ARE HIRING: WFM Team Lead
Onsite | Davao City
Salary: PHP 35,000/month
URGENT | 1 OpeningABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for an experienced WFM Team Lead to lead the Workforce Management team in ensuring accurate forecasting, scheduling and real-time management aligned with operational goals in a BPO environment.WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Oversee RTA, scheduling and forecasting functions
- Drive team performance through coaching and development
- Partner with Operations on workforce strategies
- Analyze trends and implement process improvements
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- At least 2-3 years WFM experience in BPO
- At least 1 year in a leadership role
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills
- Experience in end-to-end WFM functions
- Willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule
- Must be based in Philippines — Davao preferred
