· Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITOM (Event Mgmt + AIOps)

· Azure chops: Log Analytics, KQL, Monitor, DataLake, Fabric

· Scripting swagger: Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, SQL

· Automation love: Ansible, DevOps tools, API integration

· Network know-how: TCP/IP, WAN/LAN, PKI

· AIOps mindset—you think proactive, not reactive

· Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related
