Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in Vietnamese and English through phone, chat, email, and other communication channels.
  
• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
  
• Assist customers with:
  
  
  • Account inquiries
    
  • Billing concerns
    
  • Product and service information
    
  • Service requests
    
  • General customer support
  
  
• Resolve customer concerns while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  
• Accurately document customer interactions using company systems and tools.
  
• Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets.
  
• Build customer trust and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving.
  
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business and operational needs.
  

Required Qualifications

• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese.
  
• Ability to communicate naturally and professionally with native Vietnamese speakers.
  
• Good working knowledge of English (training, documentation, and internal systems are in English).
  
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Open to candidates with or without BPO experience.
  
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
  
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including night shifts.
  
• Must be legally authorized to work in the Philippines.
  
• Must possess a valid Philippine Work Visa or a Temporary Resident Visa (for non-Filipino applicants).
