We’re looking for a US Registered Nurse with Utilization Management and training experience to help develop and strengthen healthcare operations teams.

If you have experience in BPO/CPO Utilization Management and enjoy coaching, teaching, and developing people, this is an opportunity to take your clinical expertise beyond traditional patient care.

Eligibility

* Active USRN license from any U.S. state
* 1–2 years of BPO/CPO Utilization Management experience
* At least 1 year of training or teaching experience
* Academic teaching experience is welcome
* Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills
* Willing to work a shifting schedule

What You’ll Do

* Deliver training and learning sessions for healthcare operations teams
* Apply your Utilization Management and clinical knowledge to training content
* Coach and develop learners toward operational readiness
* Support knowledge, quality, and performance improvement initiatives
* Collaborate with operations and training teams to strengthen learning outcomes
