Job Overview

We are looking for USRN Training Specialists with experience in BPO/CPO Utilization Management and a strong background in training or teaching.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to effectively deliver training and transfer knowledge while applying their healthcare and Utilization Management experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of BPO/CPO Utilization Management experience.

• At least 1 year of training or teaching experience.

• Candidates with an academic/teaching background are welcome to apply.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to facilitate training and effectively transfer knowledge.

• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule.

• USRN – Any State
