Job Title: USRN Training Program Manager

Location: All locations in the Philippines (BGC Taguig, Cebu, Davao and Clark, Pampanga)

Work Setup: Temporary WFH

Work Schedule: Shifting

Salary Budget: PHP 75,000 to 85,000 Package

Start Date: ASAP

Qualifications:

- At least 1 year of recent & pertinent clinical/hospital or similar experience

- At least 2 years of Utilization Management experience

- At least 2 years of recent & pertinent supervisory or managerial experience

- Graduate of accredited Registered Nursing Program or a Doctor of Medicine degree with current, unrestricted license as RN or MD in the Philippines and/or US, with experience in Utilization Review, Utilization Management, Coding, Back office, Organizational Development, and other CPO related processes

- Experience in effective knowledge transfer using Kirkpatrick Learning Effectiveness; teaching credentials or certification a plus

- Strong clinical background in orthopedics, emergency room, intensive care, neurology, occupational medicine, or rehabilitation useful

- With at least 1 year of trainer experience in a CPO / BPO environment

- Management or supervisory skills and Microsoft environment skills

- USRN (Any state)
