About the Role

Join our Healthcare team as a USRN Trainer (Assistant Manager) and lead the delivery of high-quality clinical training programs for U.S. healthcare accounts. You'll be responsible for developing nursing talent, delivering engaging training sessions, ensuring compliance with U.S. healthcare standards, and preparing clinicians for operational success. This role is ideal for experienced US Registered Nurses with a background in BPO training, clinical education, Utilization Management (UM), Case Management (CM), Clinical Appeals, Triage, or Claims Review.

Qualifications

Active and unrestricted US Registered Nurse (USRN) license

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent

At least 2–3 years of clinical bedside experience (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, Telemetry, etc.)

Minimum 1 year of experience as a USRN Trainer in a BPO or U.S. Healthcare account

Strong knowledge of Utilization Management (UM), Case Management (CM), Clinical Appeals, Triage, Claims Review, HIPAA, MCG/Milliman, InterQual, and U.S. medical terminology

Experience in curriculum development, adult learning principles, or Learning & Development is an advantage

Excellent English communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

Willing to work onsite in Makati on a shifting schedule

Eligibility 

Must be willing to work onsite at TP Alphaland, Makati.

Active USRN license is mandatory.

About the Role

As a USRN Trainer, you will deliver new hire and upskilling programs, develop clinical training materials, evaluate trainee performance, ensure compliance with U.S. healthcare standards, and collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Client teams to continuously improve training effectiveness. You'll play a key role in preparing nursing professionals for success in Utilization Management, Case Management, Clinical Appeals, Triage, and other U.S. Healthcare programs.
