Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced USRN Team Leader (Non-Voice) with a strong background in BPO/CPO Utilization Management and people management.

The ideal candidate will have an active USRN license, relevant Utilization Management experience, and proven experience leading or supervising teams.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of BPO/CPO Utilization Management experience.

• At least 1 year of people-management or relevant leadership experience.

• Active USRN license – any mainland U.S. state.

• Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.

• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule.

• Willingness to work under a temporary WFH setup.

• Active USRN – Any Mainland License
