What You'll Do
Review and assign accurate medical codes using ICD, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with healthcare industry standards.
Perform coding reviews for medical records, surgical cases, denials, audits, and related healthcare documentation.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to maintain coding quality and productivity.
Stay updated with the latest coding guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to continuous process improvements while meeting quality and productivity goals.

Qualifications
Active USRN Mainland License (Required).
Active PRC Nursing License.
Active CPC or CPMA Certification.
2–3 years of Medical Coding experience.
Strong expertise in ICD, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
Experience in ID Review, Surgical Coding, Medical Administration, Auditing, or Denials is highly preferred.
Willing to work on a shifting schedule while working remotely.
