Qualifications

• Must have an active Philippine RN (PHRN) and USRN license (any US state), valid for at least 6 months from the date of application.

• At least 1 year of bedside, hospital, or clinical experience as a Staff Nurse. Experience must not be obtained through training or internship.

• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.

• Proficient in using electronic medical record systems and relevant software.

• Must have a valid Certificate of Employment (COE).

• Must currently reside within 25 km of the Quezon City site.

• Must be WAH-ready with a wired internet connection of at least 50 Mbps.

• Must not be a former or current employee of the client.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain and review detailed patient medical histories and conduct initial assessments to determine the most appropriate type of care.

• Accurately and promptly document patient interactions.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support optimal patient outcomes.

• Follow relevant policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain high standards of patient care.

• Continuously develop nursing knowledge and clinical skills.

• Contribute to the success of the nursing team and the organization.
