• Non-Voice Clinical Review: Perform chart reviews and evaluate medical necessity documentation for Utilization Management (UM) and CPO workflows without handling live calls.

• Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure case decisions strictly adhere to US healthcare regulatory standards, client guidelines, and turnaround times.

• Data & Workflow Management: Document clinical rationales clearly and accurately within client systems.

What We Look For

Required Credentials:

• Active USRN License (Any US Mainland State) in good standing.

Required Experience:

• 1 year of collective experience within the past 3 years spanning all three areas:

  • Bedside / Clinical Hospital Nursing

  • Utilization Management (UM)

  • Clinical Process Outsourcing (CPO)
