Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Training Content Designer to develop engaging and effective learning materials for employees. The ideal candidate should have experience in instructional design, e-learning development, and creating interactive training content using Articulate 360. This role involves working closely with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to design, develop, and enhance training programs that improve employee performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging training curriculum and learning materials.
• Analyse learning needs and collaborate with subject matter experts to create effective course content.
• Develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate 360.
• Plan and coordinate training assessments and learning activities.
• Support trainers by providing instructional guidance and facilitating new course rollouts when required.
• Monitor training effectiveness through learning metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure training content is delivered on time while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain compliance with instructional design and professional learning standards.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, when necessary, for content development.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Instructional Design.
• Hands-on experience with Articulate 360.
• Experience in e-learning content development.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Mandatory Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Background in Instructional Design.
• Experience using Articulate 360.
• Knowledge of e-learning development.
• Portfolio link is mandatory.

Work Details:

• Work Setup: Work From Home / EDSA Greenfield

• Salary: Up to 55,000 depending on skills and experience
