• College graduate
• 5+ years of experience managing Profit & Loss within a consulting organization, with a focus on both sales and delivery
• Proven track record in strategic sales planning, pipeline development, and closing complex IT consulting deals
• Ability to challenge client assumptions, drive innovative solutions, and position as a market leader
• Strong understanding of public sector challenges, procurement processes, and digital transformation trends
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills at the executive level
• Ability to travel as needed
• BEMF Training
• Bid experience working on large bids
• Service Desk experience preferred

Position Description:

The Manager Consulting Expert takes responsibility for being accountable for bids and opportunities in End-User Services by driving business development activities and ensuring process compliance with the company's Business Engineering Management Framework.

Your main responsibilities as a Manager Consulting Expert are as follows:

• The overall solution of major bids.
• The standardization of tools and offerings.
• Building a knowledge repository for all bids: tools, best practices, and case studies to be used for bids.
• Improving efficiency in bid work.
• Writing effective proposals.
• Working collaboratively with different BUs in building a winning solution.
• Expanding the Solution Architect expertise within the business unit.
• Contributing to the Expert Enablement program of the APAC strategic business unit.
• Supporting the Delivery Directors on the sales-to-delivery hand-off and transition.
• Contributing to the Communities of Practice within APAC (i.e. Customer Experience, Intelligent Automation, etc).
• Expanding the visibility of the company by active participation in local industry forums (ITBPAP, CCAP, Nordcham, etc).
• Own and drive a strong pipeline of new business across both existing and prospective accounts
