ABOUT: 

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor-led and virtual training sessions
• Deliver training using presentations, manuals, guides, and other learning tools
• Coordinate and manage training schedules based on business requirements
• Drive continuous improvement of training processes and delivery methods
• Lead and execute specialized training projects
• Monitor training effectiveness and ensure high-quality learning outcomes
• Provide coaching, guidance, and support to less experienced team members
• Serve as a subject matter expert for healthcare training program

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of Healthcare Trainer experience
• Hands-on experience within the Healthcare industry
• BPO healthcare training experience is highly preferred
• College graduate is preferred
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, facilitation techniques, and training methodologies
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
