We have an ongoing #hiring for a Quality Analyst with healthcare background and in a healthcare company, for our BPO Partner located in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.



Position: Quality Analyst

Department: Medical Billing/ Healthcare

Work Timing: Night Shift



Qualifications:

- Must have 2-3 years experience as QA under healthcare account/client

- Experience in a healthcare company is required

- Ability to perform at a high level of productivity and quality.

- Capacity to maintain a high level of accuracy.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.

- Skills to work independently and be resourceful with the ability to multitask.

- 2-3+ years of experience in US calling process.
