THE ROLE:
We're looking for a hands-on Operations Supervisor to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced Telco environment. You'll be driving performance, coaching agents, and ensuring service excellence—all while keeping the energy high and the metrics higher.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU (Non-Negotiable):

· At least 6 months of SUPERVISORY or TEAM LEAD experience
· Solid BPO + TELCO background (you know the industry inside out)
· Proven experience handling a team of agents (numbers matter!)
· Strong coaching, escalation management, and reporting skills
