Job Description: Multilingual Customer Service Representative – Thai

Job Summary

We are looking for fluent Thai-speaking professionals to join our multilingual customer service team in Quezon City. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer support in Thai and English across multiple communication channels, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Candidates with or without BPO experience are welcome to apply. Previous experience in collections or the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process is an advantage but is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally through phone, chat, email, and other support channels.

• Provide customer support in Thai and English.

• Assist customers with account inquiries, service requests, billing concerns, product information, and general support needs.

• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds.

• Accurately document customer interactions using company systems and tools.

• Meet established quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets.

• Build customer trust and loyalty through excellent service and effective problem-solving.

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support business and operational requirements.

Qualifications

• Open to candidates with or without BPO experience.

• Must be fluent in Thai, with the ability to communicate spontaneously and professionally.

• Ability to understand complex and extended conversations, including implied meanings.

• Working knowledge of English is required, as training and client systems are in English.

• Previous collections experience is highly preferred but not required.

• Knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process is an advantage.

• Must be legally eligible to work in the Philippines.

• Non-Filipino applicants must possess a valid working visa or qualifying Temporary Resident Visa with appropriate work authorization.

• Must be willing to work onsite in Quezon City.

• Must be flexible to work shifting schedules, including night shifts.

• Must be available to start as soon as possible.
