Job Description

Teleperformance is hiring Thai-speaking Customer Support Associates to provide excellent customer service across multiple communication channels. This role is ideal for candidates who are fluent in Thai and possess strong communication skills. Previous BPO experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, email, and other support channels.

• Provide customer support in Thai and English.

• Assist customers with account inquiries, billing concerns, service requests, and product information.

• Resolve customer issues professionally while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Accurately document customer interactions using company systems.

• Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets.

• Build strong customer relationships through excellent service.

• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Eligibility Criteria

• Fluent in Thai (spoken and written).

• Working knowledge of English.

• Open to candidates with or without BPO experience.

• Collections or Order-to-Cash (O2C) experience is an advantage but not required.

• Must have a valid work visa to work in the Philippines.

• Temporary Resident Visa holders are also welcome to apply.
