What You'll Do

• Provide professional customer support in Cantonese through phone, email, and other communication channels.

• Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and deliver a positive customer experience.

• Accurately update customer records and maintain information in company systems.

• Support collections and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes when required.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

• Meet service quality, productivity, and performance targets.

What We're Looking For

• Native or fluent Cantonese language proficiency with excellent spoken and written communication skills.

• Ability to communicate naturally and confidently in a professional environment.

• Strong understanding of complex conversations, including implied meanings.

• Good working knowledge of English, as training and internal systems are conducted in English.

• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

• Willing to work in Quezon City or relocate if currently based elsewhere.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

• Previous experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, or Customer Service.

• Familiarity with the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
