• Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance in Cantonese and English through the assigned communication channels.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Cantonese and English, both spoken and written.

• Preferably 2–3 years of total work experience; candidates from non-BPO industries are welcome.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Willing to work onsite in Makati, Metro Manila.

• Flexible to work shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required for 24/7 operations.

• Available to start on or before November 2, 2026.
