QUALIFICATIONS

• 
  
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing support role
• 
  
• BPO or non-BPO experience is accepted
• 
  
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• 
  
• Must have good technical aptitude
• 
  
• Able to read, understand, and work with technical codes
• 
  
• Comfortable handling multiple support channels: Voice, Chat & Email
• 
  
• Experience working with or understanding AI workflows is an advantage
• 
  
• Customer-focused, adaptable, and willing to learn new technologies
• 
  
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup in Pasig
• 
  

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• 
  
• Provide technical and customer support to travelers and clients
• 
  
• Assist customers through voice, chat, and email
• 
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical or account-related concerns
• 
  
• Interpret technical codes and information to identify issues
• 
  
• Follow established troubleshooting procedures and AI-supported workflows
• 
  
• Provide accurate, timely, and professional resolutions
• 
  
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate case records
• 
  
• Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout every interaction
•
