About the Role:

We are hiring a Capability Development Manager / Training Manager for AML and Transaction Monitoring. This role will coordinate and oversee internal and external training operations for global clients and manage relationships with business stakeholders, the CD team, and clients.

Qualifications:

- 7 to 8 years of relevant experience in Training and Development

- 5+ years of supervisory experience

- Background in Training and Development focused on Regulatory Compliance - AML or Transaction Monitoring

- Advanced analytical skills in assessing concepts and alternatives

- Amenable to onsite setup in Taguig and night shift, weekends off

Responsibilities:

- Lead the training team at the client or assigned location

- Establish framework for coaching, training, mentoring and building domain expertise

- Ensure facilitation, technical, domain and compliance skills of trainers are up to date

- Manage day-to-day training operations, administration, and reporting

- Lead and drive weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews for training

- Handle knowledge capture and transfer and ensure calibration across clients

- Assess training needs in consultation with departmental heads

- Create plans to meet training and development needs, manage delivery and measurement

- Monitor, measure and report on employees' training achievements

- Interact with training vendors, clients and stakeholders

- Support Operations team in improving performance, motivation and teamwork

- Ensure training content and talent framework is set for new businesses

- Support Mobilization Leads and Solution Architects as needed
