Are you passionate about creating impactful learning experiences? We are looking for a Training Content Designer with expertise in Instructional Design, e-Learning Development, and Multimedia Content Creation to develop engaging digital learning solutions from concept to completion.

If you have strong experience with Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, graphic design tools, and content development, this is an excellent opportunity to work remotely while contributing to world-class learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain engaging e-learning courses and digital training materials.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and business stakeholders to identify learning needs and create effective training solutions.
• Create instructional storyboards and develop end-to-end learning content, including videos, interactive modules, and assessments.
• Build advanced e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.
• Design visually appealing learning materials using graphic design and multimedia tools.
• Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on learner feedback and performance metrics.
• Ensure all training content meets quality standards, branding guidelines, and business objectives.
• Support trainers by providing instructional resources and guidance during course rollouts.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of experience in Instructional Design or Training Content Development.
• Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline with experience creating complex e-learning modules.
• Strong experience with Articulate Rise.
• Ability to create storyboards and independently manage end-to-end content development.
• Experience developing videos and interactive e-learning solutions.
• Background in content writing and instructional content creation.
• Experience using graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software.
• Knowledge of Synthesia is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and e-learning development methodologies.
• A portfolio showcasing previous instructional design or e-learning projects is required.
