We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Training Content Designer to develop engaging, interactive, and impactful learning solutions for a dynamic workforce. If you have experience in Instructional Design, e-Learning development, and Articulate 360, this is an excellent opportunity to work remotely while contributing to innovative learning and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain engaging training materials and e-learning content.
• Analyze learning needs and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and business stakeholders to create effective learning solutions.
• Develop instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning programs.
• Create interactive e-learning modules using Articulate 360 and other instructional design tools.
• Design assessments, learning activities, and evaluation methods to measure training effectiveness.
• Monitor learning outcomes and recommend improvements to training programs.
• Support trainers with instructional materials and facilitate knowledge transfer when required.
• Ensure all learning content meets quality, branding, and organizational standards.
• Manage multiple learning projects while meeting timelines and business objectives.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Instructional Design.
• Hands-on experience using Articulate 360.
• Experience developing interactive e-learning modules.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
• A portfolio showcasing instructional design or e-learning projects is required for application.
