Job Title: Trainer – UK Financial Collections

Location: Eton Centris, Quezon City (100% Onsite)

Salary: Up to PHP 60,000 Basic + PHP 2,400 Allowance (Depending on Experience)

We are looking for an experienced Trainer – UK Financial Collections to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in UK/US/AU collections, banking operations, and training within a call center or shared services environment. This role is responsible for training new hires, coaching agents, driving performance, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct new hire and refresher training programs.

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions in both virtual and classroom (F2F) environments.

• Coach and mentor agents to improve performance and achieve business goals.

• Monitor training effectiveness and identify learning gaps.

• Ensure compliance with UK financial collections processes and regulations.

• Manage quality metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Prepare training materials, reports, and documentation.

• Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to enhance employee performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree.

• 2–4 years of experience in UK/US/AU collections, banking operations, and training within a call center or shared services environment.

• Basic understanding of training methodologies for virtual and face-to-face instructor-led training.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and feedback skills.

• Stable employment history (not a job hopper).

• Must not be a present or former employee of Wipro.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of UK collections processes, regulations, and bucket flows.

• Excellent communication and coaching skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
