We are looking for an experienced Trainer to support our Technology account by delivering high-quality onboarding, process, and refresher training. The successful candidate will facilitate knowledge transfer, coach employees, maintain training records, generate reports, and collaborate with operations to improve performance and training outcomes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any field.

·        
At least 2 years of experience as a Trainer (Social Media account experience preferred, but other lines of business are welcome).

·        
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

·        
Strong communication, coaching, analytical, and organizational skills.

·        
Excellent understanding of functional grammar and Mother Tongue Influence (MTI).
