Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Order-to-Cash (O2C) Trainer to support training and development initiatives for a BFSI account. The ideal candidate has hands-on O2C process experience, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to deliver effective training programs to ensure employees understand process workflows, operational standards, and performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Supporting Order-to-Cash operations.
2) Explain O2C workflows, procedures, policies, and process requirements clearly and effectively.
3) Develop or assist in preparing training materials, presentations, process guides, and job aids
4) Conduct knowledge assessments, practical exercises, and training evaluations to measure learning effectiveness.
5) Monitor trainee performance and provide coaching and feedback to address knowledge gaps.
6) Collaborate with Operations, Quality Assurance, and other stakeholders to identify training needs and improve performance.
7) Support the implementation of process updates and ensure training materials remain aligned with operational requirements.
8) Communicate with internal and global stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications:

1) At least 1 year of relevant work experience(BPO)
2) Hands-on experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes is mandatory.
3) Experience in shared services, BPO, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), or captive operations is preferred.
4) Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and coaching skills.
5) Experience creating and delivering O2C training programs is an advantage.
6) Background in BFSI or financial services operations is preferred.
7) Experience supporting international teams or interacting with global clients is an advantage.
8) Willingness to work onsite in Alabang on a night shift, with possible weekend schedules.
