‎Job Summary

‎We are seeking customer-oriented and technically inclined individuals to join our Telco Technical Support team. You will assist customers by troubleshooting technical concerns, resolving service-related issues, and providing excellent customer support.

‎Key Responsibilities

‎Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to customers.

‎Resolve device, network, and connectivity concerns.

‎Assist customers with account and service-related inquiries.

‎Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions.

‎Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

‎Qualifications

‎Atleast High School or Senior High School Graduate.

‎Excellent communication skills.

‎Experience in billing or sales is an advantage but not required.

‎Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule.
