Role Overview:
Join our Telco Account as a Retention and Billing Specialist! You will handle customer retention efforts, billing inquiries, and account concerns for telecommunications clients.

Key Responsibilities:

For Telco Retention:

• Retain customers by offering solutions and win-back offers.

• Handle cancellation requests and save accounts.

• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

• Maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.

For Telco Billing:

• Resolve billing inquiries and disputes.

• Process payments and adjustments.

• Explain charges and billing statements.

• Ensure accurate account documentation.

Qualifications:

• 18 years old and above – required.

• At least K12 Graduate – required.

• Good English communication skills.

• Willing to work onsite with shifting schedules.
