Responsibilities:

 • Handle customer inquiries and account concerns professionally

• Provide accurate information regarding products and services

• Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and billing concerns

• Maintain quality customer service and proper call handling procedures

• Document customer interactions accurately in the system

Qualifications: 

• At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate

• With or without Call Center experience

• Strong English communication skills

• Basic computer navigation skills

• Willing to work on-site and on shifting schedules​

• Customer-focused and willing to learn
