We are looking for an experienced Technology Trainer to join our Learning & Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging training programs, supporting new hire onboarding, managing knowledge transfer initiatives, and driving continuous learning for employees within a technology account.

This is a 100% Onsite role based in Vertis North, Quezon City, with shifting schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery

• Facilitate onboarding programs, including Pre-Process, Process, and Customer Visit training.

• Ensure all new hires complete the required learning path for their assigned roles.

• Deliver classroom and virtual training sessions using effective adult learning methodologies.

• Conduct refresher and remedial training programs for existing employees.

Knowledge Management

• Participate in Knowledge Acquisition (KA) and Knowledge Transfer (KT) activities for new and transitioning accounts.

• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and operations teams to ensure smooth knowledge transition.

• Maintain accurate training documentation and learning materials.

Performance Coaching

• Monitor trainee performance during training, nesting, and go-live phases.

• Provide coaching, constructive feedback, and performance improvement plans where necessary.

• Support employees during On-the-Job Training (OJT) and post-training transition.

Training Operations

• Maintain trainee records and training documentation for audit compliance.

• Generate regular training reports and monitor training effectiveness.

• Track and manage account-level training metrics.

• Analyze learning needs and recommend training interventions to improve business performance.

• Work closely with Operations and leadership teams to address performance gaps through targeted learning initiatives.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Trainer.

• Experience in a BPO or Shared Services environment is required.

• Experience handling a Technology account is preferred.

• Experience supporting Social Media accounts is an advantage but not required.
