About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Trainer with experience in ad tech, backend support, and technical integrations. This role focuses on designing and delivering training programs for support and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop training materials (slides, labs, guides) for ad tech platforms and integrations
• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions (SQL, APIs, tracking, analytics)
• Facilitate onboarding bootcamps for technical support teams
• Train on REST APIs, webhooks, SDKs, and server-side tracking
• Create troubleshooting guides for integration issues (API errors, pixel/tag issues)
• Conduct assessments and track training effectiveness
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 2–4 years experience in technical training (BPO or SaaS)
• 2–4 years experience in backend support / ad tech / integrations
• Strong knowledge of SQL, APIs, webhooks, SDKs
• Experience in Ads Manager platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
• Ability to read/debug JSON/XML and understand API documentation
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
