Job Overview
The Team Manager – Technical Sales leads inbound web hosting sales operations, driving revenue through effective people leadership, performance management, and data-driven strategy. This role owns daily operations, sales targets, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement while ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing technical sales team
• Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets using KPIs and leading indicators
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement action plans
• Deliver sales coaching, feedback, and 30-60-90 day performance plans
• Handle customer escalations and maintain service excellence
• Provide performance insights and reports to senior leadership

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (MBA a plus)
• 3–5+ years in sales or software environment; 2+ years in people management
• Strong background in technical sales, web hosting, domains, and cPanel
• Proven sales leadership, CRM proficiency, and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
