ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are urgently hiring a Risk Adjustment Medical Coder Team Leader for a Non-Voice account. This role is open to all locations in the Philippines and is currently on Temporary Work From Home setup. If you have strong Risk Adjustment coding experience with people management background, we want you!

YOUR ROLE:

- Lead and manage a team of Risk Adjustment Medical Coders

- Oversee day-to-day coding operations and ensure productivity and quality targets are met

- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management for team members

- Handle escalations and ensure compliance with coding guidelines and client requirements

- Monitor team performance and provide reports to management

- Ensure accurate and timely completion of risk adjustment coding tasks

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

- At least 2-3 years of Risk Adjustment Coding experience

- With at least 1 year SME / People Manager experience

- Active PHRN license required

- Certificate / Credentials: CPC (RA Coder)

- Willing to work on a shifting schedule

- Willing to work on temporary WFH setup
