Job Overview:

We’re hiring a Team Lead for a Travel Sales account! The ideal candidate has solid experience managing a voice-based sales team in a BPO setup, with strong leadership and sales coaching skills to drive quota performance.

Qualifications:

• 
  

  College graduate or completed at least 2 years in college

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum 2 years’ experience as Team Lead in Sales LOB (BPO)

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge of closing techniques, handling objections, and sales scripts

  
  


• 
  

  Amenable to work onsite in Cebu City (Night Shift)

  
  


• 
  

  Must not be a current or former Wipro employee

  
  


•
